• Dues are $75 for full time NY State licensed psychologist members.
• Dues are $50 for:
  1. New member licensed psychologists for first HVPA membership year
  2. Non-Licensed Academic Psychologists
  3. Interns, ABD or non-licensed psychologists
• Dues are $0 for psychologists who are completely retired but wish to remain members.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Complete the form on this page.  When complete, click “submit" so your form and payment information will be automatically forwarded to PayPal.
2. Both forms are secure forms. You DO NOT NEED to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.  You may choose the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option which allows you to enter your credit card information without having to login to PayPal.
3. You MUST complete payment at PayPal or your application will not be processed.

RENEWING MEMBERS: Prior to filling out this form, we ask that you thoroughly review your profile information on the HVPA website "Find a Psychologist" feature.  The final field in the form below will ask for your confirmation that you've reviewed your profile. If you need corrections to your listing, please contact us via the contact form on the website.

PLEASE NOTE:  If paying via credit card at PayPal, your billing address should EXACTLY match the address on that credit card's statement.  This is a PayPal policy.  If you're having difficulty with PayPal processing the credit card, this could be the reason.
